Redesigned two community-hub pages for Google for Education — the Education Leader Group and ELP Admin Community — to turn institutional, technical content into inviting, human-centered platforms that clearly communicate value and encourage participation.

Humanizing the Institutional
These pages had to transform dense, role-driven institutional offerings (for educational leaders and technology admins) into approachable digital experiences. The core problem: stakeholders often saw these communities as abstract or bureaucratic.
My goal was to humanize them through visual storytelling and imagery, clarifying what value members would gain and how to engage.
Outcomes
The redesign brought greater clarity, warmth, and cohesion to Google’s educator community experience, helping users quickly understand the value of joining while strengthening the visual identity across the platform. Both pages now form part of a unified ecosystem that attracts an average of 11.9 million visits per month (Similarweb, 2024–2025), reinforcing Google for Education’s role as a trusted global hub for learning and collaboration. The new visual direction improved readability, consistency, and emotional resonance, creating a more engaging and human experience for educators worldwide.
